This display is open to sports cars, motorcycles, drag racers, stock cars, karts and other vehicles that did, or could have, raced at Meadowdale from 1958 to 1969 (pre-58 OK).  These cars must approximate race trim for their era.  An adjacent area will display interesting and clean “Spectator Cars”- non-race vehicles of pre-1970 vintage- street sports cars and hot rods, kustoms, motorcycles, etc.  This is a non-judged show.  There is no entry fee. There will be a nice presentation award for the first 75 pre-entered vehicles each day.  Pre-entry cut-off: September 2, 2008.

I, the owner of the vehicle(s) shown above, agree to show the above car(s) at the Meadowdale 50th Anniversary Reunion and Festival at Raceway Woods, Carpentersville, IL on the 13th and 14th of September, 2008.  I agree to have my vehicle on display from 10AM to 6PM on both days.  Advise if you are unable to show both days.  Preference given to cars available both days.

Release of liability:  In consideration of the acceptance of the right to participate, entrants, by execution of this registration release form release and discharge Dundee Township, Dundee Township Park District, Kane County Forest Preserve District, Midwestern Council of SCC, and their officers, directors, employees, and volunteers,  and the organizers, volunteers and helpers of the Meadowdale 50th Anniversary Reunion and Festival and the “Save the Silo” committee from any and all known damages, injuries, losses, judgements and/or claims from and cause whatsoever that may be suffered by any entrant to his/her person or property.   Further, each entrant expressly agrees to indemnify all of the foregoing entities, persons and bodies of and from any liability occasioned or resulting from the conduct of entrants or any participant assisting or cooperating with the entrant and under the direction or control of the entrant.

Photo Release:  I also give my permission to use photographs of my vehicle for, but not limited to, publications, event programs, magazines, Internet and television promotions.

I am at least 18 years of age and have read, understand and agree with this release.
