Be part of the reunion of Meadowdale drivers, workers and spectators this September right on the old track.  We’ll be drawing an audience from near and far, both those who were actually at the track in its heyday, and those who wish they were.

Our draws will be displays of sports cars, stock cars, dragsters, motorcycles, and other vehicles that raced at Meadowdale, and of the ‘50s-‘60s street sports cars, hot rods and kustoms that crowded the parking lots.  And the historic track itself.

There will be free hayrack rides around much of the old racecourse.  You’ll also hear speakers who raced here, and see videos of famous cars and drivers competing, all free.   Kids' attractions, too.

Admission and parking will be free, and the event will be widely promoted, locally and nationally.  The Meadowdale Reunion and Festival is tying in with the annual Heritage Days celebration in nearby Dundee which draws tens of thousands this weekend.

Booths will be just $200 for a space for the two days.  The festival hours are 10AM to 6PM.  Shelter tents, tables, chairs, etc. may be rented from local sources, or you may bring your own.  There is no electricity in the park, so bring a generator if you need power.   The authorities will be checking for the usual insurance certificates, licenses, and vending permits.  Enter via the Huntley Rd. access.

Release of liability:  In consideration of the acceptance of the right to participate, entrants, by execution of this registration release form, release and discharge Dundee Township, Dundee Township Park District, Kane County Forest Preserve District, Midwestern Council of SCC, and their officers, directors, employees, and volunteers,  and the organizers, volunteers and helpers of the Meadowdale 50th Anniversary Reunion and Festival and the “Save the Silo” committee from any and all known damages, injuries, losses, judgements and/or claims from and cause whatsoever that may be suffered by any entrant to his/her person or property.   Further, each entrant expressly agrees to indemnify all of the foregoing entities, persons and bodies of and from any liability occasioned or resulting from the conduct of entrants or any participant assisting or cooperating with the entrant and under the direction or control of the entrant.

Photo Release:  I also give my permission to use photographs of my booth for, but not limited to, publications, event programs, magazines, Internet and television promotions.
